The answer to the question will be 10^20 as per the following derivation: I = 1 A. T = 16 seconds. I = Q/T  1 = Q/16 16 C = Q  Q = ne    16 = n x +1.6 x 10^-19    16/ (1.6 x 10^-19) = n     n = 10 x 10^-19   n = 10^20 electrons will flow in the cross section of the conductor.
