To Find :  eight one

Solution:

1st  Number    = 3

2nd number  =  3 + 4  = 7

3rd number  =  3 + 4  + 5 = 12

and so on

8th Number   =  3 + 4 + 5 + 6  + 7 + 8 + 9 + 10

= 52

52 is  eighth one
