Angular momentum  =  mass  × angular velocity =  m  × ω

=  mass ×  linear velocity / radius

 =   mass × radians / sec

Thus, momentum 1  =  (2/3)  × (2/3)  /  (2/3)  of system two

AM1 : AM2  =  2/3  or 2:3    Therefore, the ratio will remain the same.

Hence, If the ratio of fundamental units in two systems is 2:3 then the ratio of momentum in the two system is 2:3.
