We know that Radius is perpendicular to the tangent

Therefore ∆OQR is a Right Triangle

OQ² + QR² = OR²

OQ = ½QS as QS is the diameter of the circle

Therefore OQ = 3 cm

QR = 4 cm

Therefore OR = √16 + 9

OR = √25

OR = 5 cm
