a. You have noticed lot of children driving 2 wheelers to school and market. You are really concerned at

the alarming increase of children driving vehicles, even though it is not permitted by the law. So, write

a letter to the editor of a newspaper, requesting the parents, children and the local police to not

permit children to drive vehicles at such a tender age.

OR

b. Write a letter to the editor of a local daily enumerating the endless agony slum people suffer in the

extreme cold conditions. You are Midhun / Maithily, a resident of A-92, Model Town, Delhi.​
