No , It is not a Balanced diet. Balanced diet mean the diet which includes carbohydrates , proteins , fats , vitamins , minerals and other various nutrients which are required by our body to be healthy. Eating only bread and omlette does not fulfill the requirements of our body to perform various activities.
❍ Foods which contain carbohydrates are Rice , beans , milk , yogurt , potatoes and other foods.
❍ Foods which are contain proteins are Milk , dairy products , fish , seafood , eggs and other foods.
