Today, Indian traffic is very good at all. Many places are not yet constructed for traffic. In case of traffic rules, we often break traffic rules. If you will be in America or in other developed country we often see that they respect these things too much. The traffics are very bad. Like we take a example......

If a patient has a serious problem then he would obviously use an ambulance for going to a better hospital. So, in this case the ambulance driver would use road and there is a huge traffic. So, how the patient will get treatment.
