Answer:

Metallic minerals can be further divided into ferrous and non-ferrous metallic minerals. All those minerals which have iron content are called ferrous minerals. Iron ore, manganese and chromites are examples of ferrous minerals.

Answer: minerals are divided into ferrous and nonferrous. ferrous are the minerals which contain iron content and non ferrous are those which do not contain iron content. as the ferrous minerals contain iron their magnetic in nature and are good conductors of heat and electricity whereas non ferrous do not contain iron content so they are non-magnetic and are bad conductors of heat and electricity. Also ferrous minerals are heavier in weight as compared to non ferrous minerals.
