the climate varies from the tropical to the temperate zone.mawsynram in meghalaya recives the highest amount of rainfall,whereas the thar desert receives the very low rainfall
we have dense tropical forest on the western ghats mangrove tress in the sunderbans of west bengal and shurbs and sparse vegetation in the thar desert.
the diversity of the physical environment and climate has made india an ideal habitat for varietes of flora and fauna.
india is a secular country with total freedom of workship,people follow hindusim, chistianity, islam, sikhism, buddhism, jainism and zorastrianism with cultural diversities.inspite of it's physical, religious and racial varities,the indian culture unities all people hence, INDIA IS KNOWN FOR HER "UNITY IN DIVERSITY"
