2. One of the problems with the 1803 Constitution was that voters had very little influence on who ran executive offices like Attorney General and Secretary of State, or who sat on the State Supreme Court. What was the solution in the 1851 Constitution?

By the year 1850, most of the individuals considered the time have arrived to replace the entire Constitution of 1803.

There are many new issues created that all drafters of foremost constitution is not foreseen.

This Constitution of 1803 provides more power to the General Assembly.  

The legislature has the power and ability to appoint the judges and remaining government officials.
