Two plane mirrors are inclined at angleθ. A ray of light is incident on one mirror at an angle of incidence. i. ... Thus if the angle of incidence is i=2θ-90∘,then the final reflected ray will be parallel to this first mirror.

ANSWER

∠BAD=x ∠ABD+y is two incidence angle

⇒∠OBA=90−y ∠OAB=90−x

ΔOAB;θ+90−y+90−1=180

⇒x+y=θ

Total deviation is 2(90−x)+2(90−y)

=360−2(x+y)

=360−20
