here,
r=29cm
distance= 21 cm which is also the chord bisector
Thus ,the chord is twice its base
h²=b²+p²
(29cm)²= b²+(21cm)²
b²= (29cm)²-(21cm)²
b²= (29cm+21cm)(29cm-21cm)
b²= 50cm×8cm
b=√400cm²
=20cm
So the chord is twice the base= 20cm×2= 40cm
