this is according to me
shinchan is small and cute...
doraemon is also cute but he is not so active and naughty as shinchan....
shinchan is naughty and he doesn't have sense about what to do where as doraemon have sense he uses his brain as well....

I’d go for Shinchan. Doraemon is to some extent the same in every episode-
Nobita cries “Dora…emon” *sob* Doraemon ignores
Nobita stops crying and says “Doraemon help me they’re bullying me again”
“Fine” says Doraemon *Nobita looks eager*
It always ends with Nobita messing things up
