Answer:

No it will not be terminating because the factor of 7 is only 7(excluding 1) that is not 2^x+5^y so it will not be terminating

or it could also be written as √140/7 and as 140 is not a perfect square so it will not be terminating nor reoccuring(irrational) so again it will not be terminating because (product of a irrational number with a rational number is always irrational)
