2.The areas of two similar triangles ABC and PQR are in the ratio 9:16. If BC=4.5 cm. find the length of QR.

As you may know , the ratio of the area of two sides of a triangle is equal to the ratio of the square of proportional side.
Therefore, BC/QR = 3/4 .
So, QR= 6cm
