Answer :

As we know, that two sides of an isosceles triangle is equal.

Let the other sides be y.

Perimeter of the isosceles triangle = Sum of all sides

                    4cm                = 4 / 3 + y + y

                    4 x 4                = 3 + 2y

                    16 cm              = 3 + 2y

                    16 - 3               = 2y

                    13 cm               = 2y

                    13 / 2                = y

                    6.5 cm              = y

Therefore, 6.5 is the value of both the sides of the isosceles triangle.
