Here , we have to find the set of all natural number such that 3x + 7 < 28

⇒3x + 7 < 28

⇒3x + 7 - 7 < 28 - 7

⇒3x < 21

⇒3x/3 < 21/3

⇒x < 7

so X is the set of all natural number less than 7.

i.e., X = {1, 2, 3, 4, 5 , 6}

hence option (A) is correct.
