Answer :

  • The base angles of triangle is 55

Given :

  • An iscoscles triangle, the base angles are equal
  • The vertex angles is 70

To find :

  • The base angles of the triangle

Solution :

  • Let the base angles if triangle be x

According To Question, Given That , base of angles of an iscoscles triangle are equal and vertex angles of an iscoscles triangle is 70 so ,

As we know that,

  • Sum of three angles of triangle is 180

⇢ x + x + 70 = 180

⇢ 2x + 70 = 180

⇢ 2x = 180 - 70

⇢ 2x = 110

⇢ x = 110/2

⇢ x = 55

Hence, The base angles of triangle is 55
