 \frac{ {2}^{8}  \times  {a}^{5} }{ {4}^{3}  \times  {a}^{3} }  \\  \\  =  \frac{256 \times  {a}^{5} \times  {a}^{ - 3}  }{64}   \\  \\  = 4 {a}^{2}
