let two no/s. are 11/2x and 22/3x

(11/2)x+15:(22/3)x+15=12/3:21/2

11x+30:22x+75=12/3:21/2

11x+30=12/3: 22x+75=21/2

33x+90: 44x+150

33x-44x : 150-90

-10x : 60

x: 60/-10

x: -6

greatest no. = 22/3x

= (22/3)*-6

= 192/3

= 64

hence 64 option (c) is the correct answer
