Here in this case the solution is as follows :
t / 30 = 2\pi root l / 9 and t / 36 = 2\pi root l - 22 / 9
therefore, t / 30 x 36 / t = 2\pi root 1 / 9 x 1 / 2\pi root 9 / l - 22
so, l = 72 cm.
so second length 72 - 22 = 50 cm.
