Formation of Continuous Tenses
The continuous tenses have two parts: be + verb + ing
(1) The present, past or future tense of the verb 'to be'.
present - am. is, are
past - was, were
future - will be shall be.
(ii) The '-ing ending of the particular verb.
eat - eating, go-going, see - seeing, come - coming.
