2(x - 3) =  \frac{3}{5} (x + 4) \\ 2x - 6 =  \frac{3}{5} x +  \frac{12}{5}  \\ 2x -  \frac{3}{5} x =  \frac{12}{5}  + 6 \\  \frac{10x - 3x}{5}  =  \frac{12 + 30}{5}  \\  \frac{7x}{5}  =  \frac{42}{5}  \\ 35x = 210 \\ x = 6
