⇒ 2 - x < 4x - 7 < 11 - 2x

Taking 2 inequations at a time,

First,

⇒ 2 - x < 4x - 7

⇒ 4x + x > 2 + 7

⇒ 5x > 9

⇒ x > 9/5

⇒ x > 1.8 -------(1)

Now,

⇒ 4x - 7 < 11 - 2x

⇒ 4x + 2x < 11 + 7

⇒ 6x < 18

⇒ x < 18/6

⇒ x < 3 -------(2)

Combining (1) & (2),

⇒ 1.8 < x < 3
