Hope u like my process
=====================
Formula to be used
------------------------------
 {x}^{3}  -  {y}^{3}  = (x - y)( {x}^{2}  + xy +  {y}^{2} ) \\  \\ or. \:  \:  {x}^{2}  + xy +  {y}^{2}  =  \frac{ {x}^{3} -  {y}^{3}  }{x - y}
So...
 \frac{2x - 3y}{4 {x}^{2} + 6xy + 9 {y}^{2}  }   \\ \\  =  \frac{(2x - 3y)}{ {(2x)}^{2}  + 2x.3y +  {(3y)}^{2} }  \\ \\   =  \frac{(2x - 3y)}{ \frac{ {(2x)}^{3} -  {(3y)}^{3}  }{(2x - 3y)} }  \\  \\  =  \frac{ {(2x - 3y)}^{2} }{8 {x}^{3}  - 27 {y}^{3} } .....answer..
Hope this is ur required answer.
