2 {x}^{2}  - x +  \frac{1}{8}  \\  =  \frac{16 {x}^{2} - 8x + 1 }{8} \\   = \frac{16 {x}^{2} - 4x - 4x + 1 }{8}


 =  \frac{4x(4x - 1) - 1(4x - 1)}{8}  \\  =  \frac{(4x - 1)(4x - 1)}{8}  \\  =  \frac{4x - 1}{8}  \times (4x - 1)
 = ( \frac{x}{2}  -  \frac{1}{8} )(4x - 1)
