I would like to draw your kind attention to the fact that unfortunately, I have lost my certificate of Class 12, issued in my favour after passing out ( 10+2) exam last year.
In this connection, I am facing a great deal of trouble in getting admission to the different institutions for the pursuing my higher studies.
The procedure for getting it's duplicate copy from the authority concerned is not known to me.
In this regard, you are humbly requested to let me know the process to be followed in retrieving it in terms of issuing authority and and fees required for duplicate, and also whom to pay.
