To be divided in 10 parts

So

One person will get = total quantity of milk / total person

= \frac{ \frac{20}{3} }{10}

= \frac{20}{3 \times 10}

= \frac{20}{30}

= \frac{2}{3} \: ltr

=0.6667 ltr
