Let P(2,−1,3) be the foot of the perpendicular from the origin to the plane.

∴OP=n=2i−j+3k and p=∣2i−j+3k∣=22+12+32=4+1+9=14

∴n^=142i−j+3k

The vector equation of the plane is r⋅n^=p

⇒(xi+yj+zk)⋅142i−j
