Given :- 20 x 3 = 20, 25 x 9 = 75,31 x 6 = 62,

then 40 x 12= ?

(Hint: Divide the resultant product in each case by 3).

Solution :-

Logic :- Divide the resultant product in each case by 3 .

Explanation :-

→ 20 * 3 = 60 => 60 ÷ 3 = 20

→ 25 * 9 = 225 => 225 ÷ 3 = 75

→ 31 * 6 = 186 => 186 ÷ 3 = 62

then,

→ 40 * 12 = 480 => 480 ÷ 3 = 160 (Ans.)
