The correct answer is 19991
Follow the BODMAS RULE
200*100= 20,000
20,000-60= 19940 and 620*0=0
∴19940+50+0+1= 19991

⇒  20000 - 60 + 50 + 0 + 1
⇒  20000 - 60 + 51
⇒  20000 - 9
