given V = 200 volts , P = 100 watt

using formula, R = V²/P

= (200)²/100

= 40000/100

= 400 Ω

now, this bulb is connecting in a circuit of potential difference 100 volts.

so, power of the bulb, P' = V'²/R

= (100)²/400

= 10000/400

= 25 watt
