time period = 1/frequency

                   = 1/200

                   = 0.005 sec

1. speed  = wavelength(in metre) * frequency

OR

2. speed = wavelength(in metre) / time period

using 1. st formulae

speed  = 1.5*200 = 300

using 2.nd formulae

speed  = 1.5/0.005

            = 1.5*200/1

            = 300

therefore the speed  of sound in steel = 300 m/sec
