Option D which includes both A and B , is correct

Explanation:

The reason for D option to be correct is that there is actually lack of facilities regarding health issues in remote areas and and even some urban areas . Also, there is lack of awareness among people everywhere, whether its rural or urban area regarding giving boy and girl child equality. Many people perform foeticide which is a crime this is again discrimination with girl child and even if she somehow enters the world , again faces various kinds of exploitation by man dominated society, like child marriage, acid attacks, rapes etc.

Hence, this discrimination should be stopped soon and people should be made aware and should change their views and dirty mentality regarding girl child or even boy child because even in some cases he also faces some sort of exploitation by men.
