Explanation:

Distance Displacement

  • it is the complete distance Between two points is called distance. it is the direct length between two poin
  • it is an scalar quantity only depends on magnitude. two points belong along the path.
  • it's formula is : speed × time. it is an vector quality as it needs both it's formula is : velocity×time ( displacement formula )

Answer:

22. 22 number I have solved above

21. Distance is a scalar quantity while displacement is a vector quantity.

Distance is the length travelled by a body at various paths while displacement is the shortest distance travelled by a body.

Distance does not depend on direction while displacement depends upon direction.

23. It is because of inertia, when the luggage is kept on the roof of bus, it is at rest due to inertia of rest, but when the bus starts moving, the luggage due to inertia of motion may fall on the passenger and hurt them, so it is advised to tie any luggage on the roof of the bus.
