let the size of 1 cube be a³. therefore, the size of 216 cubes = 216a³.
therefore, the ratio of the sides of small to the big cube=√a³÷√216a³
=a/6a
=1/6
1:6
therefore, the ratio of the sides of small to the big cube=√a³÷√216a³
=a/6a
=1/6
