Answer:

(1)5:1

Explanation:

p1^2=2m1K

P2^2=2m2K

Since they hv same momentum

On Dividing both

m1K1=m2K2

K1/K2=m2/m1=5/1

=5:1

momentum(p)=m×v

Momentum (for 1st particle)=1*V

V- velocity of 1st particle

momentum(for 2nd particle)=5×v

v- velocity of 2nd particle

1×V=5*v

V/v=5/1

squaring both sides

V^2/v^2=25/1..........equation....1

kinetic energy=1/2m×v^2

ratio= (1/2×1×V^2)/(1/2×5×v^2)

=V^2/5v^2

=(V^2/v^2)×1/5

=25/1×1/5=5

so 5:1 is our answer

option 1

hope it help..
