Use BODMAS rule always when the question involves integers.
So first do multiplication:
23*-67= -1541

Then addition:
-1541- 23= -1564

According to the rules of bodmas first we have to solve bracket...........+23x-67=-1541 Then we will have to add this -1564-23=-1564
