( {x}^{2}  - 2)( {x }^{2}  - 1)

taking

( {x}^{2}  - 2)

(x + 2)(x - 2)

x =  - 2and \: 2

taking

( {x}^{2}  - 1)

(x + 1)(x - 1)

x =  - 1 \: and \: 1

x=-1,1,-2,2
