Let after increased 2 hours /day work may complete in 5 days.

M1=M2= Men

D1=D2= Days

H1=H2= Hour

And given data is.

M1= 12.

D1= 5=D2.

H1=8.

H2=10.

M2= ?

12×5×8=M2×10×5

480/50= M2

9.6 = M2
