Total number of students reside in a hostel= 240
Total number of outcomes= 240

Number of students go for the yoga classes= 50 % of 240 =( 50/100) × 240= 120
Number of students go for the Gym club = 25 % of 240 =( 25/100) × 240= 60
Number of students go for the morning walk= 15 % of 240 =( 15/100) × 240= 36

Number of students joined the laughing club= 240 -(120+60+36)= 240 - 216= 24
Number of favourable outcomes= 24

Probability = Number of favourable outcomes/ Total number of outcomes.

Required probability = P(joined the laughing club)= 24/240= 1/10.
Here, The value depicted by the students is physical fitness.

Total no of student = 240
No. of student in Yoga class = 120

No. of students in Gym club = 60

No. of student goes for morning walk = 36

Total = 120 + 60 + 36 = 216

No. of student join laughing class = 240 - 216
= 24

Probability = 24/240
= 1/10
