Answer:

27783 - 24000

3783

first six months 5% of 24000 is 1,200

So, total number of of workers in first six months is equal to 24000+ 1200 = 25200

second six months 5% of 25200. is 1,260

so the total number of workers in seconds in one year is 25200 + 1260 = 26,460

In 3rd 6th month 5% of 26 460 is 1,323.

total number of workers in half year is

26460 + 1323 = 27,783.

the total number of time period to become 27783= 18 months = 11/2 years

hope it helps ☺️
