25,27,23,30,21,33,19,36
first make two parts in this series.
2)27,30,33,36
30-27=3
33-30=3
36-33=3
now
2) 25,23,21,?
25-23=2
23-21=2
so 2 is common difference in this part of series so
21-2=19
therefore ans is19

Concept:

We first recall the concept of number series to solve this series.

In  reasoning, Number series is a sequence of  letters, numbers or both arranged in a specific way that each term follows a rule.

Given:

The number series is 25,27,23,30,21,33,?,36.

To find:

The missing term of the series

Solution:

If we take the alternate terms of the series together

Then the terms 27,30,33,36 follows a rule that each term is obtained by adding 3 in the previous one.

i.e. 27+3 = 30

     30+3 = 33

     33+3 = 36

and the terms 25,23,21.? follows a rule that each term is obtained by subtracting 2 from the previous term.

i.e.  25-2 = 23

      23-2 = 21

       21-2 = 19

Hence the missing term of the series is 21-2 = 19
