let no. of bulbs manufactured be x

25% were defective

∴ No. of defective = \frac{25}{100} x

remaining bulbs= x - \frac{25}{100} x = \frac{75}{100}x

220% of  \frac{75}{100}x are Damaged

\frac{20}{100} * \frac{75}{100}x = \frac{15}{100} x

left bulbs are in good condiition
