25% were defective

∴ No. of defective = $\frac{25}{100}$ x

remaining bulbs= x - $\frac{25}{100}$ x = $\frac{75}{100}x$

220% of  $\frac{75}{100}x$ are Damaged

∴ $\frac{20}{100}$ * $\frac{75}{100}x$ = $\frac{15}{100} x$

left bulbs are in good condiition
