All had their notion of realms of God , their republics ,their ideas , through which degraded humanity was to be elevated into a new moral life ; all had departed from this world with their aspiration unfulfill led, their bright visions unrealized ; or had bequeathed the task of elevating their fellow- men to sanguinary disciplines or monarch pupils.

It means... That...
Eventually As though Time Passed....
People in different parts had their own Notion( findings/ belief's) about GOD. And This was supposed to Make a Big Change in Humanity For good.

To make People conscious of their Sin's / faults.. To make them More HUMAN...

And So Everyone Put forth Big And vivid ideas... But Never Tried to Fulfill (keep their words in their actions) till their death...

They all Died Giving Honourable thoughts.. But None with Memorable Actions....
No one stood to Realise their ideals... Everyone wanted others to Accept each ones ideas.. But never gave though to Fulfill it.

And The World Failed to create The essence of divinity(purity) in the Hearts of The-so-called Humans who Through their actions have become As Rabid as the Beasts...
