Let the amount that she will be able to save be x

Here, a = 450 (Money saved during the first month)

a2 = 450 + 20 = 470

a3 = 450 + 40 = 490

Thus, they are in AP

d = 20

a = 450

n = 12

Now,

S12 = n/2 [2a + (n-1)d]

= 12/2 [900 + 11 × 20]

= 6 × 1120

= 6720 Rs

Thus, at the end of 12 months she wipp be able to save Rs 6720. So, yes she will be able to send her daughter to school.

Importance of saving and female education is reflected here.
