Q. 25 + x = 5x + 3

Solution:

25+x = 5x+3

25-3 = 5x-x

22 = 4x

4x = 22

x = 22/4

x = 11/2

x = 5.5

Thus, in 25 + x = 5x + 3, the value of x is 11/2 or 5.5.

25 + x = 5x + 3 \\
▲Step 1 « First of all,we will write the statement!

25 - 3 = 5x - x
▲Step 2 « We will take like terms.....like 25 and 3 rae like terms they don't have any variable and 5x and x both have x in them.

22 = 4x
▲Step 3 « We will subtract 3 from 25 and x from 5x.

 \frac{22}{4} = x
▲Step 4 « We will take x on side and the other side we will divide!

 \frac{11}{2} = x
▲Step 5 « We will get our Answer.
