Given Equation : 25a^2 - 10a + 1  - 36b^2

= > 25a^2 - 5a - 5a + 1 - 36b^2

= > 5a(5a - 1) - (5a - 1) - 36b^2

= > (5a - 1)(5a - 1) - 36b^2

= > (5a - 1)^2 - (6b)^2

We know that a^2 - b^2 = (a + b)(a - b)

= > (5a + 1 + 6b)(5a - 1 - 6b)

Hope this helps!
