we know that,

• Perimeter of circle = 2 * π * radius .
• radius = diameter / 2 .

so,

→ Distance covered by rahul in one round = Perimeter of circular garden = 2 * (22/7) * (21/2) = 66 m .

then,

→ Distance covered by rahul in two rounds = 66 * 2 = 132 m (Ans.)
