P(A) is a sure event.

P(A) = 1

This clearly denotes that A is a sure event.

Generally a probability is chances or frequency of happening any event.

It generally lies between 0 to 1.

P(A) = 0 denotes that the event is impossible and P(A) = 1 denotes that the surety of happening any event is 100%.

As the value of P(A) moves on increasing the chances of happening any event starts increasing.
